Run Gecko Run

Snow falls gently

Melting as touches the ground

Run gecko run.

My haiku is about how its the beginning of winter. The snow symbolizes winter however the gecko symbolizes summer. Snow is to a gecko like black is to white. The snow melting shows that it is still warm which means it is Autumn. Run gecko run symbolizes the absolute end of summer. In conclusion I think this poem shows three seasons in one: Summer, Autumn and Winter.

The old lady in The Landlady first seems like a caricature but near the end you see that she is a archetype and at the end she has a round character.
